These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of transport and logistics services by Express Global Movers (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”) to the customer (“you” or “Customer”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Express Global Movers provides freight forwarding, transport, customs clearance, tracking, and related logistics services via air, sea, land, and rail.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, booking, or using any service from Express Global Movers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

3. Definitions

In these Terms, “Services” means the transport and logistics solutions we provide; “Consignment” refers to the goods being transported; and “Carrier” refers to any third-party individual or company responsible for physically transporting the Consignment.

4. Customer Obligations

You represent and warrant that all shipment details you provide are accurate, complete, and lawful. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, customs requirements, and packaging standards.

5. Charges and Payment

All service charges, fees, duties, and taxes must be paid in full according to the agreed terms. Late payments may be subject to additional charges and collection costs.

6. Liability and Insurance

We do our best to ensure secure handling and transit of your Consignment; however, Express Global Movers is not liable for loss or damage due to force majeure, customs inspections, inadequate packaging, inherent product defects, or causes beyond our control. We recommend that you maintain adequate cargo insurance.

7. Tracking and Delivery Estimates

Delivery times and routes are estimates and not guaranteed. Real-time tracking is provided for visibility, but delays may occur due to weather, carrier schedules, customs clearance, or other factors.

8. Third‑Party Carriers

We may arrange for third‑party carriers, subcontractors, or agents to perform part or all of the transport services. These parties operate independently and may have their own terms or limitations.

9. Prohibited Items

You agree not to tender prohibited, hazardous, illegal, or dangerous goods for shipment. If such goods are tendered without proper declaration, we are not liable for fines, penalties, or loss.

10. Force Majeure

Express Global Movers is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, regulatory actions, pandemics, or carrier interruptions.

11. Privacy and Data

Information collected during provision of Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdictions where we operate, and any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with local legal frameworks.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
